Q: Is Izm's Travel Club free to join?
A: Yes, it is free to join, however it does cost in order to secure travels to your desired location.
Q: How old do I have to be to join Izm's Travel Club?
A: You can be any age, however when traveling it must be with a Parent or Legal Guardian 18 years of age or older.
Q: Do I have to have a Membership to travel with Izm's Travel Club?
A: No, you do not have to be a Member in order to travel with ITC.
Q: Where can I travel?
A: You can travel to any of the available vacation destinations that are presented by Izm's Travel Club.
Q: Are these all-inclusive vacations?
A: No , you are fully responsible to pay for your own travel costs, food and beverages.
Q: Do I need a Passport?
A: You will not need a passport if you are traveling within the USA. If you travel to US Virgin Islands or outside of the general US you will be required by law to present a valid Passport.
Q: Will I need to get vaccinated?
A: Depending upon your travel destination, you may be required to have additional vaccinations to protect yourself from disease and infection while vacationing in other parts of the globe.
Q: Will I get a nice hotel?
A: Izm's Travel Club affiliates provide condominium, suite-styled accommodations or a luxury resort. All locations are premium locations, so we make certain you get the best accommodations.
Q: Can I bring my own food and beverages?
A: Yes, in all of the destinations you'll have an actual kitchen area, where you can cook and dine as if you were right at home. There are also dining venues nearby.
Q: What is included?
A: All locations vary as far as amenities are concerned. You may stay where there is a balcony,pool,beach-side,basketball court,fitness room, tennis court,golf, horseshoe,volleyball,fireplace, to name some of the varieties.
Q: How long can I vacation?
A: You can customize your vacation time. However our basic vacation is up to 7 days , with a 3 day minimum requirement.
Q: What if I need more room?
A: In general your vacation unit hosts up to 4 people. In the event you have 6 or more travelers you can request an Upgrade .
Q: What if I have to cancel my vacation?
A: This is our general policy we must adhere to :
3 days or more prior to travel date*:
-All fees credited to your account (no refunds)
-Credit is valid for a future booking
-Credit must be used within 90 days after cancellation
*One of the 3 options will be applied
Less than 3 days prior to travel date:
-All travel fees forfeited
Q: When can I start traveling?
A: We were wondering the same thing! You can get started right away.
Q: What will I need to get my reservation?
A: You will need to Contact Izm's Travel Club and provide information on your travel plan. If you see a vacation that we are presenting you can also choose it or we can customize your travel plan. After selecting the best destination, you must provide your payment to Izm's Travel Club.
Q: Can I make a deposit?
A Yes, we now accept deposits , the minimum is three (3) day reservation.
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: You can submit payment via PayPal or Pay-Over-The-Phone, after providing your travel information. We do not accept Personal Checks, however we do accept Money Orders. *Money Orders may delay processing due to possible delivery delays especially during Holidays.
Q:Can I bring my pet?
A: Certain locations do allow pets. Inquire prior to making any payments.
Q: Is it Handicap Accessible?
A: Absolutely, we make sure to make everyone feel comfortable.
Q: Do you have list of locations available?
A: Yes, however it is recommended to have a general area in mind as this list is not yet available to the public.
